Before the world shifted, I stumbled across the name Wim Hoff. I couldn’t have known then how deeply it would shape my life. During the early days of the pandemic, isolated in the Canadian Rockies with my asthmatic son, Wim’s breathing techniques became our anchor. They brought steadiness, strength, and a kind of calm I didn’t know we needed — physically and mentally. Years later, I found myself training with the Iceman himself. Guided by Wim Hof in person, I learned not just to breathe or to plunge — but to transform. This tub is my quiet tribute. A reflection of everything I learned.
